Touchscreens are so hot right now thanks to the iPhone, but they haven't been perfected yet. No, there are plenty of places that touchscreens can and will go that the current generation of models couldn't even dream about. One of the big problems is that when your big, fat fingers are on the screen, you can't see it. An obvious problem, I know, but one that isn't without solutions.
That solution? Double-sided touchscreens. They way they'd work is by allowing you to select things on the screen by running your fingers along the back. Where you were touching would show up on the screen, making it look almost semi-transparent. It makes a lot of sense, no? Why can't you ever think of these things?
