Warm your house in style with Phoebe

Here in New York City, old-style radiators are everywhere, keeping otherwise modern apartments anchored in the past. Just think if they could all be swapped out with Phoebe, an eye-catching heater with a design that's totally Zen. Conceived by Michele Menescardi, Phoebe consists of lamellar sections — gill-shaped structures — that surround the heating core. While not super portable, Phoebe is an electric radiator, so you can plug her in wherever you need.
Even if you have central heat, you might be tempted to recruit Phoebe simply for her modern design, turning her on whenever your furnace goes out. The rest of the time, she'll just exude tranquility.
