The Locca Access keyless entry system could be the best method of entering your house yet, short of yelling "open sesame" and having your door open automagically. Perhaps it's not as easy as opening a fingerprint-scanning entry system, but this compact remote control goes a step further: it not only unlocks the door but its companion electric door strike mechanism actually pushes that door open for you. It's like having your own techno-butler bot.
The system includes two remote controls and an easily installed receiver that stores up to 19 secret codes, and there's a backup battery inside that will keep the system working for 48 hours if there's a power outage.
Our favorite feature? The remote can trigger the door opener from a distance of 150 feet, allowing you to stay seated while you answer the door. Just make sure you have your surveillancebot keeping an eye on who's at the door before you open sesame for just anybody.
