Insane six-screen monitor: buyer beware

If you like having lots of screen space to play with when you're working, I've got your new monitor right here. It's called the CineMassive MasterPlex 21T, and it's comprised of a half-dozen screens stacks all on top of each other. In total, you'll get 8,473,600 pixels of real estate to do with how you wish.

It isn't without a catch, however. Or catches, to be more precise. First, the price: $3,299 is a hefty sum to spend on a monitor, especially one that is so segmented. I think most people would rather take that money and spend it on an Apple Studio Display and then pocket the sizable difference. Second, this photo doesn't breed a lot of confidence. Are we supposed to believe that all six of those monitors are supported by that one stand? And what's with the difference sizes of the screens? It seems like the safe money is on waiting until these things get seen out in the field before dropping that kind of coin on them.
