Earmuff headphones warm your ears with music
You already have headphones for swimming, but how about for skiing? The best way to bring some tunes to the slopes this winter is with Lobz's audio ear warmers. Ah, earmuffs… warm, fuzzy, and appropriate for every occasion. And at $30, this pair costs less than many "normal" ear warmers. There are some drawbacks to the earmuff/headphone concept, however. First, despite the wire-free picture, these babies aren't Bluetooth, so there will always be a telltale and distracting cable to deal with. Second, in our experience any devices that run on batteries — from iPods to Discmen — perform somewhat poorly in the cold. Perhaps the best strategy is to clip an iPod shuffle to your underpants before you go walking in a musical but warm-eared wonderland.
