Kone vacuum brings style to cleaning up

Dustbusters are ugly and are always kept hidden in the laundry room or a closet, which is why designer Karim Rashid has created the Kone vacuum for DirtDevil. Meant to be kept out in the open for all to see, the Kone is a stylish take on normally utilitarian vacuum design. Available in six different colors, it glows softly in its stand, making it functional even when not in use. The best part is that unlike many "designer" takes on normal appliances, it isn't insanely expensive: only $50, not much more than a normal small vacuum. As for the nitty-gritty of how it works, it uses a washable filter so you won't need to deal with replacing bags, which is a nice touch. But you don't care about that, do you? You just want a sexy-looking version of every boring appliance in your home. Well, we'll let you know as soon as we find a dishwasher with flashing LED lights and an integrated MP3 player, but until then just be happy with a sexy vacuum.
