Barry table lamp hatches cool ambient lighting

Seeing the Barry table lamp in someone's living room might tempt you to ask if the owner has a pet ostrich. The futuristic-looking light resembles a big egg, and most likely a soft-boiled one since it has a chunk of the sphere sliced off to serve as a "lid." From what we can tell from the pictures and some hasty online translation, a circle of LEDs in the base glow and have their light diffused by reflective surfaces within the lid to create some funky ambient illumination. Pretty cool, as long as a face-hugging alien doesn't jump out. You can probably buy one from Flux, but we got lost in all the Swedish after a couple of clicks, so you're on your own.
