Light Sleeper Bedding, created by U.K. design firm Loop.pH, eases you into the day by simulating a natural dawn. Once the timer hits the wake-up time you've set, Light Sleeper's pillow and duvet gradually illuminate over 15 to 20 minutes, mimicking a sunrise. It may look radioactive, but according to the company, "[The Light Sleeper Bedding] proves to be one of the most effective products for improving well being as it synchronizes our body clock each morning." The company also claims the bedding can help prevent jet lag and stave off seasonal affective disorder (caused by insufficient daylight). That's all well and good, but we'd still recommend an alarm clock as a backup. No word on Light Sleeper's price.
