Cell-phone gun discovered, fear follows

My inner techie wants to think this is cool, but in the end, a cell-phone gun is just frightening. First discovered in October during a drug bust in Holland, the gun looks like a regular cell phone, but is capable of firing off four 22-caliber rounds by pressing 5, 6, 7, 8 in succession. The bullets are held under the screen and fire through the phone's antenna. An Amsterdam police spokesman said, "If you didn't know they were guns, you wouldn't suspect anything. These are very difficult to make; we believe experts are involved." Airports throughout Europe are beefing up security measures for monitoring cell phones and those new standards may come to the U.S. soon. Just what we needed: a reason to duck whenever someone reaches for their mobile too fast.
