Lamborghini Veneno drops the curves for menacing vents and angles

McLaren isn't the only one with a crazy new supercar. Say hello to the new Lamborghini Veneno. We haven't seen a Lamborghini with such an aggressive design since 2010's Sesto Elemento concept car. All it takes is one look at the Veneno's rear end and you'll know it's a badass supercar.

The $4.6 million Veneno has a 6.5-liter V12 engine with 740 horsepower, top speed of 220 miles per hour, and can go from zero to 62 miles per hour in under three seconds. And did we mention its chassis is made from carbon fiber? That's partly why it's so dang expensive. The other reason is because Lamborghini is only producing three Veneno supercars (one in green, one in white, and one in red — the colors of the Italian flag) to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the company. All three of the cars have already been sold.

Go ahead and take a look at the high-resolution images of the gorgeous new Veneno in the gallery below. It's probably the closest most of us will ever get to it.
