Alarm clocks are a necessary, albeit really annoying part of the morning. Their one redeeming quality is the snooze button.
As it turns out though, hitting snooze might not be so good for our morning routine. In fact, it's making us sleepier than we were before. Instead, ASAPscience recommends setting the alarm for 30 minutes later so we can get some extra uninterrupted sack time.
