If you're addicted to playing Candy Crush on your iPhone to the point where you run down the phone's battery before you even arrive at work, then adding this controller could be just the thing you need to get some more mileage out of your commute gaming.
The iOS7 compatible Logitech PowerShell is a holder for your phone that turns it into a mini gaming console, complete with real buttons and a D-pad. That means no more rubbing your sticky fingers all over the screen while trying to control the action. The design is smart enough to still leave a place to plug in your headphones for some immersive gaming action, and the built in 1,500 mAh battery means you can keep playing for longer. That extra power also means you'll still have some juice left to answer the phone when the boss calls to ask why you're so late.
We saw a fuzzy spy photo of the PowerShell back in June, but the real production version looks a whole lot better.
The Logitech PowerShell is compatible with the iPhone 5, 5s and fifth-generation iPod Touch , but not the iPhone 5c (probably because the unibody design is thicker). Logitech and Best Buy still list it as a pre-order for around $100, although it should be shipping within a day or two.
